st. patrick’s day tea cocktail
2 oz. irish whisky
2 oz. brewed china golden monkey black tea (akin to irish breakfast’s original form, before it was cheapened with low-grade teas from south america and kenya)
1 oz. milk
1/2 oz. simple syrup
1/2 oz. cointreau
shake well with ice. strain. float a shot of foamed sweet matcha (blended with milk of water) for a vibrant emerald color (optional).
